Liver cleansing machine LIVER ASSIST

In 2018, for the first time in Uzbekistan, a liver transplant was performed. This was made possible thanks to Wondernet Express, which, as part of a social project to develop healthcare facilities and ensure optimal accessibility of medical services for the population, purchased equipment and necessary medical accessories for liver cleansing Liver Assist from Organ Assist (Netherlands), The Belmont Rapid blood reinfusion system Infuser from Belmont Instrument Corporation (USA) and donated to the «Republican Specialized Surgery Center named after Academician V. Vakhidov»

In cases of chronic diffuse liver diseases in the terminal stage, acute liver failure, liver diseases without sources of resection, only this organ can save a person’s life. Previously, patients were forced to travel abroad, spending from 40 thousand to 150-200 thousand US dollars for surgery. Now carrying out such unique and complex operations is also available in Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Health noted.
In JSC «Republican Specialized Surgery Center named after Academician V. Vakhidov» since 2018, liver and kidney transplant operations have been successfully carried out among closely related donors.

Computed Tomography Aquilion ONE GENESIS

At the beginning of 2018 as part of a social project to develop healthcare facilities and ensure optimal accessibility of medical services for the population, Wondernet Express acquired an Aquilion ONE GENESIS computed tomograph manufactured by TOSHIBA (Japan) for more than $ 2,000,000 for JSC «Republican Specialized Surgery Center named after Academician V. Vakhidov» (Tashkent, Uzbekistan) free of charge.

As a result, the unique Toshiba Aquilion ONE GENESIS computed tomograph can diagnose specific disorders of the internal vital organs of not only adults but also infants. The uniqueness of this equipment consists in the detection of diseases at a very early stage of development. This is another step in the development of modern medicine in Uzbekistan.

At that time, there were only 13 such tomographs in the world and this was the first and only computed tomograph of this type in the entire territory of the CIS countries. The presentation was personally attended by Toshiba Medical System Corporation President Dr. Yamamoto, Toshiba Medical System Corporation Vice President Dr. Kamijima and Toshiba Medical System Russia Director Professor Bakhtiozin. At a press conference, MD Zufarov Mirzhamol Mirumarovich thanked Wondernet Express and spoke about the possibilities of a computed tomograph and further scientific research.

Cardiology Equipment ILUMIEN OPTIS

At the end of 2017, Wondernet Express purchased and delivered to Uzbekistan the cardiology equipment Ilumien Optis of St. Jude Medical Inc (France) and its components. This equipment was also installed in JSC «Republican Specialized Surgery Center named after Academician V. Vakhidov».

The equipment will allow for unique operations related to diseases and disorders in the cardiovascular system. This equipment was provided free of charge as part of a social project to develop health care facilities and ensure optimal accessibility of medical services for the population in the «Republican Specialized Surgery Center named after Academician V. Vakhidov».

Hyundai Starex Medical Vehicle

In 2020 Wondernet Express purchased a new vehicle, Hyundai Starex (2019 year of manufacture) which is fully furnished with advanced medical equipment for transportation of ill children, and this vehicle was donated to Children’s Unit of Research and Development Institute of Hematology and Transfusion Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
